  1. Truth in Taxation Hearing
      1. Presentation of the information regarding the operating tax increase according to MCL 211.24e - published and posted.
        1. Headlee reduced the library millage rate from .5686 in 2019 to .5536 in 2020. This truth in taxation hearing allows us to increase the rate from .5536 to .5641. This would increase our revenue received from the millage by $1843.00.
